Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Brand-Specific Shipping: As Levassi partners with brands from different locations, delivery times may vary depending on the brand and its shipping location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
International Shipping & Customs
- We ship to select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Levassi is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow up to 5 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Levassi is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Levassi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as ‘delivered’ by the courier.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
- Some Levassi pieces are available for pre-order or made-to-order. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout.
